WELCOME BACK TO CAMP SERTOMA!
Camp Sertoma for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children invites kids ages 8-16 who are Deaf or hard of hearing to join us in the beautiful sandhills of North Carolina at Millstone 4-H Center for a week of fun and adventure from July 28-Aug 2, 2024.

Camp Sertoma serves children ages 8-16 with any type of hearing loss, communication mode, or assistive listening technology. We also accept applications from CODA children (hearing Children of a Deaf Adult, or Siblings of a Deaf Child), as long as the hearing CODA camper is able to fluently communicate using American Sign Language.
PLEASE NOTE: A priority registration will be used for Deaf/HH campers. This registration modification helps ensure that a balance of Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing CODA campers is maintained at each age level -- which helps us plan for staffing and activities to make sure your camper has the best access to camp. Deaf/HH camper applications will be reviewed immediately upon receipt; hearing CODA applications will be placed on a waiting list and reviewed beginning May 1. Apply today, as space is limited!
Beyond D/HH priority registration, campers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as long as space is available. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 made payable to Camp Sertoma Club of NC, VA & MD is required with the initial application. PLEASE NOTE: Register by April 15 for an early bird discount of $50 off the regular camp tuition rate.
Financial assistance in the form of "camp scholarships" enables campers to enjoy the camp experience, making camp more affordable to our campers and their families. Camp scholarships are available to qualified families who are unable to pay the total cost of a camp experience. A camper must be fully registered for Camp Sertoma to be considered for a camp scholarship. Camp scholarship applications are due by May 1.
